Maxine Residential Care was founded in honor of my grandmother, Maxine—a woman whose love, compassion, and strength left a lasting impact on everyone she encountered. She had a rare gift for making people feel seen, valued, and deeply cared for. Her presence was unforgettable, and her legacy lives on through this work.

Inspired by her spirit, Maxine Residential Care was created to provide that same level of intentional care to adolescent girls in need of stability, guidance, and community.

We believe that when young women are given structure, safety, and support, they gain the confidence to grow, the strength to heal, and the foundation to succeed. Our program is designed to be more than just a place to stay—it is a nurturing, structured environment where transformation happens.

At Maxine Residential Care, we are committed to helping young women:

Build essential life skills

Strengthen their self-worth

Develop independence

Prepare for successful, self-sufficient futures

Every girl who enters our home deserves to feel safe, valued, capable, and empowered.

Our vision is that each young woman leaves not only with stability—but with confidence, resilience, and a deep understanding that she matters and her future is full of possibility.

Diverse group of hands joined together, representing teamwork and unity. Symbolizes cooperation, collaboration, and the power of collective effort.
